About Reliant Foundation 5K 2025
Reliant Foundation is a community health-focused independent 501(c)3 public charity. Our Mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals of all ages in the Central and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts. Reliant Foundation raises funds year-round from generous donors like you to bring our mission to life through community grant making. Our grants support non-profit organizations within our service area with programs that battle critical public health issues including substance use disorder, and children’s and adolescent mental health and behavioral health. Our charity partners provide life-saving Mental Health and Behavioral Health support, Grief Counseling, Suicide Prevention, Recovery Coaching and more to thousands of individuals in our community. By supporting our 5K event, you are supporting our mission and positively impacting tens of thousands of individuals, children and families across the 70 towns we serve.
